Built in Texas, for Texas Homeowners
Rainstone Water Heaters started with a simple goal: give Texas homeowners a water heater company they can trust from the first phone call. Our team has spent years working on tank and tankless systems, and we’ve seen how often customers are left with vague answers, unnecessary upsells, or repairs that don’t last. We built Rainstone to do things differently.
Today, our licensed plumbers handle inspections, repairs, replacements, and new installations from offices in Garland, Round Rock, and San Antonio. Whether it’s a late-night leak or a planned tankless upgrade, our approach stays the same: find the real problem, quote it clearly, and do the job right.
Every Rainstone job is signed off by one accountable master plumber: Kurt Pinkerton, our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP-21546). Meet Kurt Pinkerton — and see the standards he sets for every crew, on every job.
The plumber behind the name
Rainstone’s work runs under one man’s license: Kurt Pinkerton, Responsible Master Plumber, Lic. # M-21546. Kurt has spent 38 years in this trade, 27 of them as a master plumber — long enough to have served as a master plumber for the Dallas Housing Authority, to have run production crews of thirty, and to have trained more than 25 apprentices from their first day to their journeyman’s license. He learned the trade from his grandfather; his own grandkids are following him into it.
What that history means for a customer is plain: every job carries his name, so every job gets the standard he was raised on — diagnose honestly, quote in writing, pull the permit, pass the inspection, and leave the home as clean as it was found, or cleaner. When Rainstone gives you a number, it is a number Kurt is prepared to answer for, years later, in person. That is not a slogan here. It is how the company is licensed to operate.
